My son-in-law, Chris, is Cajun. He & Heather live in Lafayette, LA, the center of Cajun country. Cajuns are Louisianians descended from Acadian immigrants from Nova Scotia. These people originally were from France (long story---look it up on Google).

My friend Jeanne Casas came to Join "the tour." Heather took us to this great Cajun restaurant called Prejean's. The next morning Jeanne & I left for New Orleans.
